902 Youth: Cyber is a technology and innovation program designed to prepare youth for the digital future. The program uniquely serves participants ages 13 to 15, who are guided by trained Code Coaches ages 18 to 25.

Participants explore coding, cybersecurity, app development, and emerging technologies while working on real-world projects that build both skill and confidence. At the same time, Code Coaches gain leadership experience by mentoring youth and supporting project development.

Whether you are just beginning your journey in tech or stepping into a leadership role, Cyber creates a space to learn, teach, build, and lead in a rapidly evolving digital world.

 

What You Will Gain

For Participants (Ages 13–15):

  • Foundational coding and technology skills

  • Exposure to cybersecurity and digital safety concepts

  • Hands-on experience building simple apps or websites

  • Confidence in problem-solving and creativity

For Code Coaches (Ages 18–25):

The Executive Internship program is a professional development and workforce readiness program designed to provide young adults with meaningful, hands-on experience in nonprofit operations, leadership, and career exploration.

Participants ages 16 to 25 are placed within real departments at 902 Youth, where they contribute to active projects, develop professional skills, and gain mentorship from organizational leaders. Unlike traditional internships that focus only on observation, Executive Internship participants actively contribute to meaningful work that supports real organizational goals and community impact.

Whether you are exploring career options, building your resume, or preparing for long-term professional success, the Executive Internship program provides practical experience in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

 

What You Will Gain

Program Overview

902 Youth: Cyber is a technology and innovation program designed to prepare youth for the digital future. The program uniquely serves participants ages 13 to 15, who are guided by trained Code Coaches ages 18 to 25.

Participants explore coding, cybersecurity, app development, and emerging technologies while working on real-world projects that build both skill and confidence. At the same time, Code Coaches gain leadership experience by mentoring youth and supporting project development.

Whether you are just beginning your journey in tech or stepping into a leadership role, Cyber creates a space to learn, teach, build, and lead in a rapidly evolving digital world.

 

What You Will Gain

For Participants (Ages 13–15):

  • Foundational coding and technology skills

  • Exposure to cybersecurity and digital safety concepts

  • Hands-on experience building simple apps or websites

  • Confidence in problem-solving and creativity

For Code Coaches (Ages 18–25):
