902 Youth Orientation: Where Potential Meets Purpose

This foundational onboarding program serves as the official orientation for every employee, volunteer, intern, and leader joining 902 Youth Inc. Participants will explore the organization’s mission to support youth education, advancement, and well-being while learning the core values of servant leadership and community impact. The curriculum detail operational standards, including Slack communication, Google Workspace workflows, and the Eight Areas of Wellness philosophy. By the end of this course, every team member will understand how the organization operates, how to utilize required technology platforms, and how their specific role contributes to our global mission.
